Speakers are request to adhere to the allotted time for their presentation as indicated
in the program schedule.
Presentations should start with a title slide featuring the presentation title,
speaker's name, and affiliation, followed by a brief self-introduction and clear,
concise content relevant to the conference theme using bullet points and visuals
effectively.
Tables and graphs should be clear and easily understandable
Speakers are requested to send their presentation slides to the program manager at least
one month before the conference. Additionally, bring a flash drive or storage with your
presentation as a back-up.
Please submit your presentation in PPT format. Ensure that your visuals are clear and
highly legible.
Kindly be aware that slight program changes may occur. Please be present in the meeting
room starting from the conference's beginning on your presentation day.
Speakers should follow time cues from session chairs, maintain professionalism, and
actively participate in Q&A sessions.
Providing feedback and leveraging networking opportunities post-presentation are
strongly encouraged.
For additional support, speakers can reach out to the conference's speaker coordinator.
Poster Guidelines
Preparing a poster presentation for a conference involves several critical
considerations. Typically, posters should measure 36' x 48' (3 feet x 4 feet), though
confirming dimensions with the conference organizers is crucial.
Design strategies should focus on ensuring text is readable from 3-4 feet away, using
appropriate font sizes (24 points for body text, 36-48 points for headings), and
employing simple, sans-serif fonts like Arial or Helvetica.
A contrasting colour scheme enhances clarity, and adequate spacing between sections
improves readability.
Use high-resolution images and relevant graphics, ensuring alignment and organization
for a polished look.
Printing on-site is not available; presenters must arrange printing in advance.
Presenters are requested to remain at their posters throughout the entire poster session
to engage with interested viewers.
Please ensure you collect your poster by the end of the day; any posters left behind
will be disposed of.
